Daniel J Delaway
Founder & CEO
Daniel has a degree in Economics from Monash University and has spent the last seven years immersed in the startup ecosystem. He has spent over a decade collecting and repairing books and is a passionate history enthusiast. After trying to record the stories of his late grandfather Daniel realised that despite the abundance of technology it was still far too difficult for everyday people. He firmly believes everyone has a story to tell and wants to help those that are unsure how, leave a lasting mark by harnessing modern technology.
James Kelada
CTO
James has a degree in Cyber Security from Deakin University and many years experience as a full stack web developer. James is always pursuing a range of hobbies from language, music, art, and physical activity. James is not only on a journey to better himself but also always finding new ways and mediums to be able to communicate his ideas to the world. This strive to better his communication in all forms of media has drawn him towards the vision of The Archive to create a platform for everyone to leave a lasting legacy and spread ideas.
Eugene Wong
Board Member and Strategy
Eugene holds a Bachelor of Law / Bachelor of Commerce from Melbourne University. A Masters of Community Cultural Development Practice from the Victorian College of the Arts and a Graduate Diploma of Theology from Eastern College. He is also a graduate of the Arrow Leadership Program and will utilise his experience as a corporate lawyer, social entrepreneur and community development practitioner in helping people clarify their purpose, branding and strategies for impacting the world. Michelle Kanevsky
Archivist
Michelle has a degree in Literature and History from Monash University and has spent half a decade working for Not-for-Profit organisations in Marketing and Communications. In 2019, she helped organise video testimony of Holocaust Survivors at Yad Vashem, the World Holocaust Remembrance Centre, where she also edited Russian to English translations of survivor testimony. She is passionate about historical education and technology as guardians of memory.
