Our interviews aren't live so there's no pressure to get a question right the first time round. Anything they're unhappy with can be removed from the final video.
Bring any items you'd like to have in the background of your interview, from guitars to books to photos or soccerballs, whatever fits their story!
All Interviews are filmed in our custom fitted studio at 110 Gardenvale Road, Gardenvale, 3185. A short walk from Gardenvale station.
There is unlimited parking available at the end Begonia Rd, where it meets Nepean Highway. A one minute walk from the studio.
Interviews are usually given 2 hours per person. Some run slightly over but most are between 1 to 2 hours.
We've got a comfortable waiting room for you, or if you're feeling like going for a walk there's great coffee at Omar and the Marvellous Coffee Bird a few seconds from the studio.
Upon completion of filming a secondary link will be sent out to your email to pay the remainder. Once the remainder is paid editing process will begin!
All videos will be completed within a month of the shooting date unless there are later revisions requested.
Upon completion of your interview you will be provided a link to download the video as well as an optional USB.
With less than 48 hours notice your deposit will act as the cancellation fee and you will need to rebook at the full rate.

Your video will always be private, and if segments are ever to be used in promotional materials, permission will always be requested first.
There is a very small, but real risk, that the footage may become corrupted or unusable. It's a statistical anomaly but If this happens we will happily redo the interview completely for free, meaning you pay nothing whatsoever for the inconvenience.

You're able to make revisions to your video to make sure everyone is happy with the final product.
