  • User Reporting Mechanism: Users can report any suspicious or inappropriate content directly within the app. Reports are reviewed promptly, and necessary actions, including removal and law enforcement reporting, are taken.
  • Immediate Action Policy: If any CSAE-related content is detected, we will:
    • Permanently remove the content.
    • Immediately suspend or ban the violating user.
    • Report the incident to relevant law enforcement agencies and organizations such as NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).

  • U.S. PROTECT Act and Child Online Protection Act (COPA)

  • Other applicable laws on child protection and digital safety

5. Age Restrictions and Parental Controls

  • The app is not intended for users under 13 years old. Users under 18 must obtain parental consent.
  • Profiles and content interactions are monitored to prevent unauthorized access by minors.

6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We actively collaborate with law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations to combat CSAE. If any illegal activity is detected, we will:

  • Provide necessary user data to law enforcement agencies, in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Work with organizations such as Interpol, NCMEC, and CyberTipline to report and remove harmful content.

7. Developer Responsibility and Policy Enforcement

  • Our team is trained in child safety compliance and content moderation.
  • We regularly update our safety policies and integrate the latest security measures to prevent exploitation.
  • Users violating these policies will be permanently banned, and legal actions will be pursued if necessary.
